Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with additional walnuts.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
