all purpose BBQ sauce

apple juice

For Wrapping

Instructions
- Remove the outer membrane from the ribs using a butter knife and paper towel.
- Rub olive oil over the ribs and apply the BBQ rub evenly.
- Place the ribs in the smoker with the meaty side up and smoke for 3 hours at 225°F.
- After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in foil with apple juice and butter, then smoke for another 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, unwrap the ribs and place them back on the smoker, covering with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the smoker temperature to 300°F and smoke for an additional hour.
