The sauce

Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients and rub generously over the ribs. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the ribs on a wire rack set on a baking sheet. Pour 1 cup of apple cider into the baking sheet and cook for 1 ½ hours.
- Add another cup of apple cider and cook for another 1 ½ hours or until the meat pulls apart from the bones.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the ribs for 7-10 minutes on each side, basting with the Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Serve warm.
