Instructions
- Combine all dry rub ingredients and generously rub over the surface of the ribs.
- Refrigerate the ribs for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Place the ribs on a wire rack in a high-edged sheet pan and pour 1 cup of apple cider into the pan.
- Bake the ribs for 90 minutes, then add another cup of apple cider and bake for another 90 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the ribs for 7-10 minutes on each side, basting with BBQ sauce.
- Serve the ribs once the sauce is warmed.
