Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

The ribs

baby back ribs (about 3 ½ pounds)
The dry rub

brown sugar or sweetener

chili powder

smoked paprika

onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Season both sides of the ribs with the dry rub and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 2 to 3 hours until the ribs reach the desired tenderness.
- For fall-off-the-bone ribs, cook until the internal temperature is 200-205 degrees.
- Remove the ribs and adjust the oven to broil.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the ribs and broil for 4-5 minutes to caramelize the crust.
- Let the ribs rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
