Easy Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Rinse and pat dry the ribs, removing any silver skin or membrane.
- Split the racks in half for easier handling.
- Rub mustard onto the tops and sides of the ribs.
- Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Wrap the ribs in foil, sealing the edges to make packets.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet bone side down.
- Cook in the preheated oven for 2½ hours.
- Open the foil packets and expose the ribs.
- Coat the ribs liberally with barbecue sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Set the oven to broil and cook for 3-5 minutes to achieve desired char.
- Serve the ribs.
