Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275ºF.
- Rinse and pat dry the ribs, then season liberally with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pack the brown sugar onto the ribs.
- Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, overlapping slightly, and place the ribs on top.
- Seal the foil tightly around the ribs, creating three layers of foil if necessary.
- Place the wrapped ribs on a sheet tray and bake in the oven for 2½ hours.
- After baking, let the ribs sit in the foil for one hour without opening.
- When ready to serve, reheat the ribs at 350ºF for about 15 minutes or broil for 5 minutes for a crispier exterior.
