Bangin' Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

Ribs

racks
pork baby back ribs or St. Louis-style pork ribs
Barbecue Sauce

apricot jam (100% fruit juice sweetened)

Whole30 Sriracha

coconut aminos

tablespoons
tomato paste

teaspoon
fresh minced ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pat the ribs dry and remove the silverskin if necessary.
- Apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on a wire rack in a baking sheet.
- Bake the ribs for 1½ hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional hour until tender.
- Prepare the barbecue sauce by combining the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmering.
- Broil the ribs for 5 to 8 minutes after brushing with sauce.
- Slice the ribs and serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
