Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back ribs (2 ½ pounds or more)

The seasoning

homemade steak seasoning (15-23 g)
The sauce

barbecue sauce (115 – 230 g)
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the backside of the ribs.
- Rub the ribs with the steak seasoning on both sides.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Bake the ribs in the oven until tender, about 1 hour.
- Carefully unwrap the ribs and reserve any juices.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce if desired, until charred.
- Cut between the ribs to separate and serve with more barbecue sauce.
