Easy Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back pork ribs
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 12 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 oranges oranges

Instructions

  1. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Season the ribs with Montreal seasoning and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce, ginger beer, and cut oranges to the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours and 30 minutes for tender ribs, or 5 hours for fall-off-the-bone ribs.
  5. Once cooked, remove the liquid and place it in a saucepan.
  6. Heat the saucepan over medium-high heat to reduce the sauce until thick and bubbly.
  7. Spoon some sauce over the ribs and broil for 3-5 minutes if desired for caramelization.
