Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Add the cauliflower to a food processor.
- Squeeze out the artichoke bottoms and add them to the processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
