Instructions
- Steam, microwave, or roast the cauliflower florets until tender and set aside to cool.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend the tahini and olive oil until smooth.
- Add the cooked cauliflower, garlic, lemon juice, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, and water to the blender.
- Blend until just combined, adjusting the consistency with more water if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
