Ingredients

The pork chops

  • 1 1/4 pounds pork chops (boneless and thin)

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

The sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add heavy cream and remaining butter to the pan, reduce heat to low, and cover.
  6. Cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until pork is cooked through.
  7. Remove the lid and let the sauce thicken for a minute before serving.
