Creamy Braised Pork Chops

The sauce

butter (divided)

heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add heavy cream and remaining butter to the pan, reduce heat to low, and cover.
- Cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until pork is cooked through.
- Remove the lid and let the sauce thicken for a minute before serving.
