Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and all-spice.
- In a mixer, combine the butter and sugars until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Stir in the applesauce and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until just combined, then stir in the oats and cinnamon chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
