Instructions
- Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Cut the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise and set aside.
- Prepare the orange bell pepper and red onion for grilling.
- Heat a grill pan and grill the romaine until charred, then set aside.
- Grill the bell pepper, onion rings, and artichoke hearts until softened.
- Chop the grilled vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine half of the dressing with the chopped vegetables and salami.
- Add the remaining dressing, feta, basil, and some pita chips, then toss again.
- Serve topped with additional pita chips.
