The salad

The dressing

grainy or dijon mustard

Instructions
Prepare the dressing by whisking the dressing ingredients together or shaking them in a mason jar, then set aside.
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss to combine, and serve.
