Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes.
- Melt a small pat of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour enough batter into the pan to cover it in a thin layer, swirling the batter quickly.
- Use a spatula to push down the thin edges of the crepe.
- Cook for about 1 minute until golden brown, then flip carefully.
- Cook for another minute on the other side until golden brown, then roll up the crepe.
- Serve with maple syrup.
