Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending until fully incorporated.
- Slowly add the flour mixture until fully combined, using a spatula as needed.
- Stir in the chopped chocolate bars and chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Chill the dough for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheets using a cookie scoop.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the sheets before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Sprinkle the cookies with flaky sea salt before serving.
