Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch round baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half and half, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.
- Fold in the spinach, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and garlic.
- Add the sourdough bread pieces, mozzarella cheese, and feta cheese, and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing and garnish with fresh basil and crushed red pepper if desired.
