Grilled Caribbean Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

The Pork

  • 2 lbs Pork tenderloins

The Marinade

  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup sour orange juice
  • to taste sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bag and marinate the pork tenderloins for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill and place the tenderloins over direct heat for about 2 minutes per side to get grill marks.
  3. Move the tenderloins to indirect heat and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  4. Cover the tenderloins in foil and let them rest before slicing.
