Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F and the waffle iron to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, sea salt, and baking soda.
- In a blender, combine the hazelnut spread and melted butter, processing for 1 minute.
- Add the yogurt, milk, and eggs to the blender and blend for another minute.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Brush the waffle iron with butter and add about ¾ cup of batter for each waffle.
- Cook until golden brown and transfer the waffles to the warm oven.
- In a small saucepan, heat the hazelnut spread over low heat until melted, adding milk if needed to thin it.
- Drizzle the melted hazelnut spread over the warm waffles and serve.
