Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin pan.
- Blend the peanut butter and bananas until creamy, then mix in eggs, vanilla, and honey.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth without overmixing.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about ⅔ to ¾ full, and add optional toppings if desired.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
