Cranberry Bars with Crumble Topping

The crust and topping

The filling

leftover cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, oats, sugar, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil and water, stirring until the mixture is crumbly and holds together.
- Reserve ½ cup of the mixture for the topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the baked crust, then sprinkle the reserved crumble on top and press lightly.
- Bake until the topping is lightly golden, about 30 minutes.
- Let the bars cool completely for about 4 hours before slicing into 16 pieces.
