Ingredients

Crust/Crumble

  • cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 8 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Filling

  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Juice of one Orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix the oats, flour, butter, orange zest, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1.5 cups of the mixture and press the rest into an 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until the edges are brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, vanilla, salt, and orange juice.
  6. Spread the cranberry mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crumble topping over the cranberry layer.
  8. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Allow to cool for 2 hours, then refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
