Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix the oats, flour, butter, orange zest, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
- Set aside 1.5 cups of the mixture and press the rest into an 8x8 pan.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until the edges are brown.
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, vanilla, salt, and orange juice.
- Spread the cranberry mixture over the baked crust.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble topping over the cranberry layer.
- Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool for 2 hours, then refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
