Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter and orange juice to the dry ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
- Press most of the oat mixture into the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- In another bowl, mix cranberries, sour cream, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, orange rind, and egg white.
- Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust and sprinkle the reserved oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before serving.
