Ingredients

The base and crumble

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup almond butter

The cranberry layer

  • 1 ½ cups cranberry sauce
  • 6 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cranberry sauce and orange juice until thick and jelly-like.
  3. In a bowl, combine almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
  4. Add apple sauce and almond butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  5. Press ⅔ of the crumble mixture into a square baking dish to form the bottom crust.
  6. Spread the cranberry layer over the crust.
  7. Crumble the remaining mixture on top and lightly press it down.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
