Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix together the egg, applesauce, honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon.
- Add the chia seeds, flax seeds, oats, and baking soda to the mixture and combine well.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and form them into round bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
