Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 and ¾ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together the egg, applesauce, honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon.
  3. Add the chia seeds, flax seeds, oats, and baking soda to the mixture and combine well.
  4. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and form them into round bites.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
