Keto Pork Chops with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

The pork chops

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

The glaze

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons keto honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear both sides of the pork chops until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the pork chops to the oven and roast for 8 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F.
  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together the glaze ingredients over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the pork chops topped with the glaze.
