Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear both sides of the pork chops until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to the oven and roast for 8 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the glaze ingredients over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the pork chops topped with the glaze.
