Instructions
- Arrange pecan halves in a baking dish and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar, vanilla, and salt, then stir until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture over the pecans and bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place bacon strips on the parchment and brush with honey, then bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and layer cheese, pecans, and bacon between slices.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, place the sandwich in the pan, and cook until golden on one side.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese melts.
