Instructions
- Sprout the dried chickpeas for about 3 to 5 days.
- Once sprouted, rinse the chickpeas well and drain them.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the sprouted chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, tortillas, pita bread, or use in sandwiches.
