Baked Oatmeal with Pears, Bananas, and Walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a baking dish.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer at the bottom of the dish and top with pears, cinnamon, and some maple syrup, then cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix oats, half of the walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the remaining maple syrup, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Remove the fruit from the oven and pour the oat mixture over it.
- Pour the milk mixture over the oats, ensuring even distribution, then sprinkle remaining cinnamon and walnuts on top.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown and set, then serve warm.
