Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Combine the dry ingredients for the base in a medium bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients for the base in a small bowl and combine with the dry ingredients.
- Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Pit the cherries and peaches, then coarsely chop the cherries in a food processor.
- Arrange the chopped cherries in diagonal stripes across the base layer.
- Coarsely chop the peaches in a food processor and place them in diagonal stripes between the cherry stripes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients to make the crumb topping and distribute it over the fruit.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting.
