Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a pie plate.
- Beat the eggs in a medium bowl until foamy, then add flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Add the softened butter and mix until combined, but not smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Press the pie crust into the pie plate and drizzle half of the sweetened condensed milk over the bottom.
- Spoon in half of the filling, drizzle the remaining sweetened condensed milk, then add the rest of the filling.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
