Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust homemade or store bought
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • sticks butter, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a pie plate.
  2. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl until foamy, then add flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until combined, but not smooth.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Press the pie crust into the pie plate and drizzle half of the sweetened condensed milk over the bottom.
  6. Spoon in half of the filling, drizzle the remaining sweetened condensed milk, then add the rest of the filling.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
