Green Tahini Sauce

fresh herbs (Cilantro, Italian parsley, Mint, dill or basil or a combo)

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the tahini paste until combined but not overly smooth.
- Add the tahini paste and blend until creamy, leaving some herbs intact.
- Taste and adjust salt, acid, and heat as desired.
- If a looser sauce is preferred, add more water until the desired consistency is reached.
