Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil (mild tasting)
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 bunch cilantro and parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ lemon squeeze (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning; if too runny, add more tahini.
  3. Serve over roasted vegetables, beans, grains, or protein.
