Grilled Cauliflower

Instructions
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice each head into 2 or 3 2-inch steaks.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
- Heat the grill to medium and brush one side of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the brushed side down on the grill and brush the top side with the olive oil mixture.
- Cover the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the cauliflower and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from the grill and serve topped with fresh chopped parsley.
