Grilled Cauliflower

Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 2 large heads cauliflower

The seasoning

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice each head into 2 or 3 2-inch steaks.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Heat the grill to medium and brush one side of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the brushed side down on the grill and brush the top side with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Cover the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Flip the cauliflower and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve topped with fresh chopped parsley.
