Grilled Cauliflower

Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into medium or large florets)

The marinade

  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets in a bowl with water covered with plastic wrap for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and pat dry the cauliflower, then return it to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the cauliflower on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
