Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets in a bowl with water covered with plastic wrap for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Drain and pat dry the cauliflower, then return it to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Place the cauliflower on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
