Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400ºF and cover it with tin foil.
  2. Steam the cauliflower in a steam basket over boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the cauliflower cool for 5 minutes after steaming.
  4. Rub the cauliflower with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the cauliflower on the grill flat side down and grill for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the cauliflower from the grill and chop into pieces or steaks.
