Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF and cover it with tin foil.
- Steam the cauliflower in a steam basket over boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Let the cauliflower cool for 5 minutes after steaming.
- Rub the cauliflower with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower on the grill flat side down and grill for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the cauliflower from the grill and chop into pieces or steaks.
