Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F).
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Prepare any optional toppings you plan to use.
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the thick stem.
- Slice each cauliflower head into 3 steaks, ensuring they are thick enough to hold together.
- Lay the steaks on a sheet pan for easy transfer to the grill.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with melted ghee.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously over both sides.
- Grill the cauliflower for 6-8 minutes on one side until browned and charred.
- Flip and grill for another 5-6 minutes until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the grill and optionally squeeze lime juice over the steaks.
- Top with optional toppings and serve.
