Instructions
- Fill a large pot or Dutch oven with about 1 inch of water and bring to a boil.
- Place the cauliflower in a steamer basket and insert it into the pot without submerging it.
- Cover with a lid and steam for 5-8 minutes until fork tender.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a bowl and add butter or olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated parmesan, a squeeze of lemon juice, and/or fresh parsley.
