Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Place the florets in a microwave-safe bowl and add enough water to cover the bottom of the bowl.
- Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Let the cauliflower sit in the microwave for 1 minute before removing it.
- Toss the steamed cauliflower with butter, salt, and pepper or serve with ranch or cheese sauce.
