Instructions
- Heat a Dutch oven or large stock pot on medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
- Break down the meat as it cooks for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the spices, salsa, beef broth, drained beans, and drained tomatoes and chilies.
- Adjust heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Add the corn and simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
