Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl to make the dressing.
- Spiralize the apple using a spiralizer and cut the spirals into smaller pieces.
- Combine the spiralized apple and shredded cabbages in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and stir to combine.
