Baked Parmesan Cheese Corn

Ingredients

The corn mixture

  • 2 cans sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided

For garnish

  • to taste parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F (198°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, grated parmesan, and half of the shredded parmesan. Stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded parmesan on top.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan and parsley flakes if desired.
