Ingredients

The batter

The bread

  • to taste powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. 2. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and mist with cooking spray.
  3. 3. Soak the bread in the egg mixture, then place on the hot skillet.
  4. 4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5. Top with cinnamon and powdered sugar before serving.
  6. 6. Serve with sugar-free syrup, agave nectar, or honey.
