The Raspberry Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Dry out the bread slices overnight on a plate if possible.
- 2. Prepare the raspberry sauce by heating raspberries, water, and honey in a saucepan until bubbling, then add dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickened.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, flour, vanilla, and optional cinnamon until smooth.
- 4. Preheat a griddle to medium-high heat and melt a small pat of butter on it.
- 5. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully saturated, then place on the hot griddle.
- 6. Fry the bread for 5-8 minutes, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown.
- 7. Serve the French toast topped with raspberry sauce and any additional toppings you like.
