Instructions
- Beat eggs and eggnog together, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and rum.
- Dip each slice of Babka into the egg mixture, letting it soak for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Optionally, let the slices soak overnight in the eggnog mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat it generously with butter.
- Cook the french toast in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with whipped cream, toasted almonds, and maple syrup.
