Gingerbread Steel Cut Oats

Instructions
- 1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot.
- 2. Add the steel-cut oats and stir, then reduce the heat to low.
- 3. Stir in the salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves while the oats simmer.
- 4. Simmer until the oats reach your desired thickness, about 20-30 minutes.
- 5. Turn off the heat and stir in the molasses.
- 6. Serve one cup of oats topped with ¼ cup of raisins, or portion into containers for later.
