Smoky Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with foil and non-stick spray.
- Mix the smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- Drizzle the florets with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Add about ¾ of the seasoning mix to the florets and toss again.
- Spread the florets on the baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mix.
- Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes until browned and tender, serving hot.
