Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups gluten free oats (rolled, quick, or steel cut)

Instructions

  1. Measure 1-2 cups of oats and place them in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend or pulse for around 45 seconds until a fine flour-like consistency is formed.
  3. If using steel cut oats, blend for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the ground oats to a glass jar or bowl.
  5. Repeat with any remaining oats.
  6. Store the oat flour at room temperature for 2-3 months or freeze for up to 6 months.
