Ingredients

gluten free oats (rolled, quick, or steel cut)
Instructions
- Measure 1-2 cups of oats and place them in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend or pulse for around 45 seconds until a fine flour-like consistency is formed.
- If using steel cut oats, blend for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer the ground oats to a glass jar or bowl.
- Repeat with any remaining oats.
- Store the oat flour at room temperature for 2-3 months or freeze for up to 6 months.
